He has 20 years’ experience corporate finance consultancy and advice. He provides support for company owners and management teams undergoing strategic definition processes, new business growth and promotion projects.
In the public sector he has supervised the drafting of: strategic plans, sectorial re-organisation and transformation projects, likewise studies defining new public companies and innovative service models, particularly in the agrifood and forestry sector.
He has worked in other professional service companies (Deloitte, Norgestion and Idom) and investment banking (Bankinter), dealing with mergers and acquisitions, investment opportunities, implementing business and strategic plans, as well as structuring and feasibility analysis of large infrastructure projects.
