• Jointly designed the Strategic Plan for SEPE Innovation Centre of the COUSA Group in Uruguay. 
• Process aimed at generating a shared project by the members of the Alliance, as well as the assessment of the management of the day-to-day activity as a result of implementing the current Strategic Plan.
