- Support provided in developing a business strategy with a view to sales, along with calculating the potential economic impact derived from the industrial application of the results of a research project.
- Thinking process carried out in order to define the CEIT Strategic Plan for the 2017-2021 period. Special attention was paid to division strategy and to establishing lines of action to be developed.
