- Design of a qualitative study of the expectations of Lantegi Batuak’s external interest groups to be used as a periodic contrasting mechanism of the proposals and concerns of the external interest groups vis-à-vis the milieu. Ultimately, the objective was to establish an ongoing and structured dialogue in future which would allow periodic verification of whether existing expectations are being met.
