If change is currently so swift and sweeping, can companies simply stand by and watch from the sidelines? On 31st May at the Technology Park of Donostia, and organised by BIC Gipuzkoa, a group of SMEs and representatives of public institutions answered this question with their own experiences and observations of business activity. The seminar, which was organised within the Up!Euskadi framework, the Initiative to Promote Intrapreneurship, offered the stage for this conversation, where participants heard first-hand two examples of corporate innovation.
With about 20 people in attendance sharing their views, SMEs with limited experience in intrapreneurship had the opportunity to learn from successful cases: 1) one related by Gaizka Grajales, of Alcor Group, an organisation whose DNA is impregnated with the entrepreneurial spirit; 2) another related by Addilan, a company which emerged from the joint efforts of ONA and Goratu.
The B+I Strategy team facilitated the seminar.
