Cristina Benguria

Cristina Benguria holds a combined first degree in Business Management and Administration, and in Engineering, specialising in Industrial Technologies, from Deusto Business School - University of Deusto (Bilbao).

During her final year, she was on practicum in the Marketing Department of Seguros Bilbao as part of the University of Deusto’s Practicum Programme. Aside from being fully bi-lingual (Spanish/Basque) having attained the corresponding official Basque Proficiency Diploma, Cristina also has the Cambridge Certificate in Proficiency in English. 

Since joining the B+I Strategy team of consultants in September 2018, Cristina has worked on a variety of projects. Some of these projects have focused on such areas as market analysis and benchmarking, the design and evaluation of public policy, processes of analysis, and thinking about new business opportunities. There have also been projects aimed at defining and implementing strategic plans and economic impact surveys, amongst others.

Some of her main private sector clients have been: Mondragon Corporation; Ingeniería, Estudios y Proyectos NIP, SA; IMQ Group; and CEIT Research Centre. In the public sector, Cristina has worked for such clients as the Provincial Government of Gipuzkoa, the Basque Government, and Sprilur.
