Natalia Torralba
Natalia Torralba holds a combined first degree in Business Management and Administration, and in Engineering, specialising in Industrial Technologies, from Deusto Business School-University of Deusto (Bilbao).
In her senior year, Natalia participated, along with a group of students, in the Bizkaia Talent Programme, under the auspices of the Department of Economic Promotion of the Provincial Government of Bizkaia. The scheme is aimed at developing highly qualified young professionals in the areas of innovation and knowledge. Futhermore, she worked in the financial department os Progenika Biopharma as part the practicum programme organised by Deusto University. Natalia is fully bi-lingual (Spanish/Basque), and is proficient in English.
Throughout her career, Natalia has worked on numerous projects of a diverse nature: strategic thinking processes and strategic planning projects with private and public organisations; processes of analysis and thinking about new business oppotunities; market analyses and benchmarking; design and development of public inter-institutional plans, and promoting business competitiveness.
Natalia´s main clients are found in both the public and private sectors, some of whom are: The Greater Region of the Left Bank and the Mining Area os Bizkaia; Siderex; TUK Industries ( Mexico); Science and Technology Parks in the Basque Region; Ingemat; Mondragon Corporation; JakinCode, EVE-Basque Energy Agency; Vicinay Marine; CAF; Ulma Group; Udapa; Docuworld; BBK Foundation, and Lantik.
Finally, she has collaborated on various Participative Group Dynamic Projects based on "Emergent Thinking" methodology with organisations such as Lantik and Azterlan.
