B+I Strategy worked with Naturgas Energía in defining innovation management system and planning RD&I activities.

B+I Strategy has undertaken a comparative study of the leading European regions in innovation. The aim of the study was to identify lessons learned and successful performances which would be relevant to Innobasque’s objectives. [+]
As part of the research project on strategic innovation, “The Innovation Kite”, and in collaboration with top level management, B+I Strategy produced case studies for six companies noted for their innovative character: CAF, Europastry, Barceló Group, Ficosa International, Panda Software, and Ros Roca.
In each and every case, the company’s evolution was studied from the point of view of innovation, and analyzed in detail as to how they manage to continue being innovative today. The following questions were posed among others: how they decide which projects to commit to, how they manage innovative projects, what organizational structures are used, what processes and performance measures are put in place, with which external partnerships, and so on.
