Enrique Navarro holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the IE Business School in Madrid. His first degree was in Chemistry, with a major in Chemical Engineering, from the University of the Basque Country.
Enrique has over eight years’ experience in the field of strategic and commercial consulting. He began his professional career in 2000 with the consultancy firm Consulting, Research, and Management, Concord. Three years later, he was appointed Senior Consultant within the Management Consulting team at DMR Consulting (now under the name of Everis).
In May 2005, Enrique joined Daemon Quest as Project Manager in the Distribution and Consumption Unit, where he spent one year until May 2006, when he moved to B+I Strategy.
During his professional career, Enrique has worked for several clients in the public and private sectors. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects, the most noteworthy being:

1. Strategic thinking processes and defining business models for public companies and bodies, e.g. CEPSA, La Caixa, Endesa Energía, Alcatel, Telefónica de España, Enerfín, NEIKER, Barclay’s Bank, Correos (the Spanish Post Office), the Murcia Regional Development Institute, the Andalusian Telecommunications Development Company, the Government of Catalonia, SPRI (the Association for the Promotion of Industry created by the Basque Government), and the Basque Government.

2. Designing clients’ intelligence models, “clienting”, and defining commercial strategies for clients such as: Caprabo, Desigual, Estrella de Galicia, Toys “R“ Us, ALD Automotive, IVECO, Coca Cola, and Dinosol Supermarkets.

Enrique has occasionally delivered seminars on matters relating to client intelligence.
